Terms of Service
Last updated 10 September 2026.
These terms apply whenever you browse aquaro.com.au or place an order with Aquaro (operated by Infuzeit, ABN 61 630 827 299, “Aquaro”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Aquaro sells tapware, showers and bathroom hardware online at aquaro.com.au. We’re based in Dingley Village, VIC, Australia. We’re online only — there’s no showroom or warehouse pickup; see Shipping & returns for how orders are delivered.
2. Prices and payment
All prices on the site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout and shown before you pay — see Shipping & returns for how that’s worked out. We take reasonable care to display accurate pricing and product information, but if an error occurs (for example a mispriced listing), we’ll contact you before processing the order and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details — they’re handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and security standards.
3. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by confirming and processing your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product turns out to be unavailable, if there’s a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we’ll let you know and refund anything already charged.
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in full on Shipping & returns. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates — though we’ll always let you know if something’s going to be significantly delayed.
5. Your consumer guarantee rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights. Full detail on returns, refunds and warranty claims is on Shipping & returns and Warranty.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Aquaro isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a purchase (for example lost time or lost profit on a renovation running late) — except where that liability can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, in which case nothing in these terms limits it.
7. Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping content for commercial reuse without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Product photos, descriptions and site content are owned by Aquaro or used under licence, and aren’t to be reproduced without permission.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
9. Your data
How we collect, use and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example as our services or the law changes. The current version always applies to orders placed from that point on; we won’t change the terms that applied to an order you’ve already placed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
